My father’s vocalist Nirmal Indu Chaudhary always wanted me to become a singer. In my childhood he used to force me to riyaz. But gradually I started to love music says Dr. Sangeeta Chaudhary. “Jhankaar‟ , a hindi music album , sung by Dr. Sangeeta Chaudhary and produced by Pal music was released on saturday at Press Club sector 27,Chandigarh. Neena Bundel (actress in Punjabi movies) was there as a chief guest. The releasing ceremony was done by Neena Bhundels hand. The producer of Pal Music Company, Mr. Om Sharma told that the music of all the eight songs in the album is given by Mr. Anil Sharma. All the songs have been written by Kaazi Nazrul Islam and they have been translated into Hindi by Dr. Sangeeta Chaudhary.
Dr. Sangeeta has written 2 books on music and also coming up with her 3rd book which is a translation of bangla music in Hindi. She has performed in more than 40 stage shows till now. Jhankar is her first music album which has 8 songs of different genre.
A lot of albums have been released by Pal Music Company and they are being well received among listeners. The whole team of Pal Music Company including Navgaurav, Inderjeet , have helped a lot in releasing this album. Dr. Sangeeta chaudhary , Ph. D vocal music from Panjab University , Chandigarh , is at present organizing Musical programs under the name of “SWARA SAPTAK SOCIETY‟ and also imparting tuition in music. She is recipient of “Nazrul Award- 2011‟, “Sayiada Issabella award-2013‟ and many more. Her book entitled “kazi Njrul Islam dwara rachit geeton ka alochna” is already published and is being well received among readers.
