The much awaited Furever Friends First Aid Camp for animals will be organized on Sunday, 6th October, 2019 at PGI Community Centre, Sector 24-A, Chandigarh between 3 to 6 PM. The Master Class will be conducted by Veterinary Surgeon, Dr Ravinder Saini on First Aid for dogs, cats and cattle.

Mr Vikas Luthra, founder, Furever Friends Foundation, said, “The camp is useful for the animal lovers and those who have pets at their home. By the end of the course, one will be able to know what to do in an emergency and administer first aid, and learn to administer first aid to the street or community animals.”

It may be noted that an estimated 92% of pets would experience some type of emergency situation during their lifetime, and up to 60% of veterinary visits are an emergency. Moreover, preventable accidents are the leading cause of death among pre-senior dogs. Free first aid kits will be given to first 50 entries. For registration one may Whatsapp at 78884-16969.

Furever Friends Foundation promotes peaceful co-existence of humans and animals. The foundation is currently run by volunteers who believe in the vision. It’s focus is on rescue and rehabilitation of community animals in tricity.
