With a myriad of talented Chefs, Conosh helps Homechefs and Homebakers upskill themselves by taking up online sessions, aka, Conosh Workshops and Masterclasses, in which Conosh collaborates with Masterchefs & industry experts to bring new online learning experiences to the community, every weekend.
These online sessions range from baking to making bread to making gourmet food at home. Some of the Masterchefs that Conosh has worked with in the past are – Chef Ranveer Brar, Chef Kunal Kapoor, Chef Kirti Bhoutika, Chef Anna Polyviou, Chef Sashi Cheliah, Chef Vicky Ratnani, Chef Anahita Dhondy, Chef Sarah Todd & more. In a true Masterchef judge fashion, Gary will conduct a Masterclass in Chandigarh on 12th March, 2023 at Hyatt Regency from 10 am to 12:30 pm.
In this unique Masterclass called Entertaining with Style, Gary will teach the students two fabulous dishes, Mushroom Tortellini, Gruyere Espuma, Porcini Powder, Nut Brown Butter and ‘Tarte Fines Aux Pommes’ Thin Apple Tart, Yoghurt & Lime Sorbet.
Speaking on the announcement, Chef Gary Mehigan says, “This Masterclass is specially curated to give the guests a unique experience of learning how to create timeless culinary masterpieces that they can enter into their repertoire.
