108 ambulance services organized an Employee Welfare Awareness Program at civil hospital Sangrur . Emergency Medical Technicians and Pilots attended the Program.
Employees were apprised and reiterated about the Benefits and Perks schemes available for them, like insurance plans for them and their families , support extended to them in case of any emergency, and pick- drop facility for staff etc. They were also given training on soft skills management, about how to conduct themselves at work place, communicate with others and most importantly how to manage time effectively, all of which will help them enhance their personality and foster learning new skills.
Around 25 crew members attended this activity. 4 Crew Members , i.e , Kewal Singh , Gurwinder Singh , Narinder Singh and Amandeep Singh,were awarded for their excellence service. Civil Surgeon Ms. Parminder Kaur gave appreciation Certificates to Crew staff .
Adding on to it, each respective employees’ birthday will be celebrated with great zeal and a cake cutting ceremony each corresponding month. The program was organized in the presence of HR Head,
Mr. Rohit Katri, , Operations Head , Manish Batra and Cluster Manager Rajkumar. At the end of the program, a question and answer session was conducted, where doubts of the employees were cleared.
Commenting on the initiative , Mr. Saikat Mukherjee, Project Head, 108 Ambulance said, “Employees are a valuable part of any organization, and safety and well being of our employees is our responsibility. In regards to that, we organized an Employee Well Being Program, to apprise them about the Benefit Plans available to them and provide them with all sorts of support whenever required. We are doing our every bit to support them and in future too we will continue to organize more such programs and add on new schemes for our employees’ welfare.”
Sharing views , Ms. Parminder Kaur , Civil Surgeon, Sangrur, Appreciated the crew and staff members of sangrur for providing Emergency services to patients, specially during the times of covid . She also appreciated the company’s contribution towards Emergency services and organising such beneficial activities for crew staff .
Also being responsible citizens of the country, we must give way to an ambulance , as they play pivotal role in the golden hour . Every second counts in a medical emergency, it may mean the difference between life and death.
