In the 62nd Subroto Cup for Boys Under-14, the team of Minerva Public School has secured a place in the semi-finals. The team faced Kerala in the quarter-finals and here Minerva Boys got a thrilling 1-0 victory.
In the quarter final match, Minerva School faced Kerala and from the first minute both the teams started trying for the goal. Minerva made moves, but Kerala players from the other side also kept saving the goal. Minerva also kept her defense in check. Both did not get success in the first half and the score remained 0-0.
In the second half, the coach of Minerva School made changes and decided to speed up the game. They were successful in this, but Kerala saved the goal. Minerva made a successful move in the last minutes of the match. Bikash used his experience and scored a goal to bring the team closer to victory. There was no goal after this and Minerva won 1-0.
