Davc 10 library organized a webinar on NLIST: facilitating e resources, promoting knowledge and research through college libraries. Dr Kruti J. Trivedi, Scientist C (LS), INFLINET Centre Ahmedabad was the resource person. The webinar began with the college principal Dr. Pawan Sharma sharing his thoughts on generation and dissemination of knowledge in the tech enabled times. He highlighted the good old pleasure of reading books in physical form and at the same time keeping pace with the needs and trends of changing times. College librarian Mrs. Deepti Madaan dwelt upon the need to access e-resources for continuing knowledge and research especially in the ongoing phase when approach to physical sources has become extremely limited. The resource person Dr. Kruti J. Trivedi enlightened the connected participants about the ways to utilize NLIST which is an INFLIBNET’s project for colleges for accessing e-scholarly content for academics and research. She gave an insightful presentation on the vast pool of e resources available through NLIST. The webinar ended with the participants asking their queries and college librarian proposing a vote of thanks.
