Shweta Sharda, a 22-year-old from Chandigarh, has recently been crowned LIVA Miss Diva Universe 2023, and her return to the capital city was met with a warm and enthusiastic reception. Her remarkable achievement in winning this prestigious title at the grand finale of LIVA Miss Diva 2023 was celebrated with immense joy and delight by her family and friends. India now pins its hopes on Shweta as she prepares to represent the nation at the upcoming Miss Universe pageant, with high expectations for her to bring home the coveted crown.

Shweta’s journey from Chandigarh to making her mark in Mumbai is a testament to her relentless pursuit of her dreams. Raised by a resilient single mother, she learned to embrace courage from a young age in the face of adversity. At the age of 16, she took a leap into the unknown by relocating to Mumbai to chase her aspirations. You may recognize her from your screens, where she has captivated audiences with her performances on renowned shows like DID, Dance Deewane, and Dance+. Her innate, self-taught brilliance even shone through as a choreographer on Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa. During her journey to the crown, she also earned the subtitles Times Miss Body Beautiful and Times Miss Talented.

 Shweta envisions a world where people are open about crucial issues like mental health awareness, gender equality, and accessible education. She aspires to collaborate with organizations that share these goals and leverage her influence to drive positive change, inspiring individuals worldwide to contribute to a better society.

Outside of her pageant endeavors, Shweta enjoys a diverse range of hobbies. She is passionate about daily workouts, and her curiosity leads her to engage in meaningful conversations with older individuals, finding wisdom in their stories. Music holds a special place in her heart, and she often finds herself grooving to its beats while sitting by her window.

On the other hand, Shweta is deeply passionate about acting and draws inspiration from Ranbir Kapoor’s ability to remain authentic and true to himself in front of the camera. She admires his talent for portraying characters in a natural and honest way, which deeply resonates with her. Shweta, a fan of Dhanush K Raja, is inspired by the diverse characters he has brought to life in Bollywood cinema, particularly admiring his roles as Kundan in “Raanjhanaa” and Vishnu in “Atrangi Re.”

Speaking of directors, Shweta is particularly inspired by Imtiaz Ali and hopes to collaborate with him in the future. Imtiaz Ali is celebrated for his unique storytelling and exploration of complex human emotions.

Maintaining a balanced diet rich in nutrients and staying properly hydrated are essential aspects of Shweta’s routine. Regular physical exercise is a priority for her, as it contributes to both her mental and physical well-being. Her beauty regimen focuses on skincare and self-care practices that enhance her natural features, emphasizing the importance of feeling confident and radiant from the inside out. Her go-to meal is sprouts, which she can enjoy every day, as they are a good source of protein.

At a press conference held at The Lalit Chandigarh, which played the perfect host to the event as Hospitality Partners, the newly crowned beauty queen expressed her feelings, saying, “Winning the Miss Diva India pageant is an incredible feeling of accomplishment and joy. It’s a moment I’ve dreamed of for so long, and seeing that dream come true is truly indescribable. I am overflowing with gratitude and excitement for the journey that lies ahead and look forward to making my country and family proud by bringing back the Miss Universe Crown to India.”

The grand finale of LIVA Miss Diva 2023 will be streamed exclusively on Jio Cinema from the 9th of September.
