Under the banner of Magnificent Film Production House (MFP), Hindi short film Banglow Number 511 full of suspense, thriller and adventure will be released soon on OTT. In lead role will be famous astrologer Late P Khurrana’s disciple – Bollywood and Pollywood actress P. Shilpa Dhar. Well known Bollywood and Pollywood actor Kanwalpreet Singh will also be part of the film. The film will be shot extensively in various locations of Punjab and Delhi. The poster of this film was unveiled here on Wednesday.
In a press conference held here, Kavita Saluja, producer of MFP and film Bangalow No. 511, and film producer Rohit Kumar, who is also the managing director of MFP, said that the film is a suspense thriller that will keep the audience hooked till the end. While the story of the film is written by Vijay Saudai, it is directed by MFP director Manjul Batra.
Batra said that after the film is made, the film will also be released in Punjabi language. The shooting of the film will start on 30th July and will end in about a week. Rohit Kumar said that MFP has so far shot profiles of more than 300 celebrities. He has to his credit more than 25 advertisements and 10 hit songs.
Manjul Batra, the director of the film Banglow No. 511, who has also been the director and actor of superhit and famous songs, The Wedding, Patiala Peg, said that he decided to direct the story when the writer of the film, Vijay Saudai narrated the story. He said that the story starts with finding the bridegroom for marriage, which later takes the form of suspense and thriller.
This film will surely be liked by the audience and will ignite a new thought in their minds and hearts. Not only this, the interesting story of this film will keep the audience hooked till the end of the film. He said that new actors will also be associated with this film for which auditions have started.
Renowned astrologer and Bollywood film actress and singer P. Shilpa Dhar said that she has worked as a singer and actress, model in Bollywood and Pollywood. She added that she has played a role on TV serials Hanuman, Rudra Ke Rakshak, and Oye Jassi. She has also acted in many films like Punjabi films Sirphire, Desi Romeo, comedian Kapil Sharma’s film Son of Manjeet Singh, famous singer Ninja and Amritman’s film Channa Mereya. She has also acted in Hindi film Downtown.
She has worked in the film ‘Lucky Di Unlucky Story’ opposite Bollywood Superstar Jackie Shroff. She said that she has also worked with the research team of the film ‘The Kashmir Files’. Not only this, she has also been a Kathak dancer and has given excellent performances of this art on various platforms.
Apart from being an artist, she is also the author of four spiritual books. She said that she wrote her first book Heart’s Planets at the age of 15 which was highly appreciated by the readers. Continuing the art of writing, he wrote The Magic Woman – Falling for Love Again (Short Story Book), Mystical Power of Rudraksha, Best Seller Book Seven Lessons Cinema Tat Me.
Astro Guru P. Khurrana passed away on 19th May 2023. However, before passing away, two years ago on 19th July 2021 he had announced in front of everyone to install P. Shilpa Dhar on his throne when he passes away. It is to be noted that the poster launch was also held on the same day 19th of July. P. Shilpa Dhar’s responsibility increased after the sudden demise of renowned astrologer P. Khurrana.
P. Shilpa Dhar said that this will be her second suspense thriller film. The story of the film is very good, and she hopes that the love she has received from the audience in the past will continue in this film as well.
On this occasion, Bollywood and Pollywood actor Kanwalpreet Singh, who is loved for his amazing comic timing, is in the lead role in the film. He has made a strong identity with his personality in many TV serials. She has played the role of Sandy in Zee Punjabi serial Vilayati Bhabhi. He has acted in many Punjabi films and albums.
Kanwalpreet Singh said on the occasion that he is playing an important role in this film which will leave the audience energised. Kanwalpreet said that after this film, he is eagerly looking forward to seeing him in a never seen avatar opposite Arbaaz Khan in the new film which will release later this year. He said that in 2024 four of his films are going to be released.
