Khalsa College (Amritsar) of Technology and Business Studies, Phase-3A, organized ‘Ruksat 2023’ in which B.Com, B.Com Honors, B.B.A., B.C.A., B.A. Senior students of PGDCA, MA Sociology, MBA and M.Com were given farewell party by the junior students of the college.
Mr. and Miss Farewell, and Mr. Handsome and Miss Charming contest remained the center of attraction among all the spectators in the program, in which the students displayed their talent in beautiful costumes and walked the ramp. Junior students presented various cultural programs like folk songs, western songs, dance etc.
In the Mr. and Miss Farewell competition, Sushant Singh of MBA IV Semester was adjudged Mr. Farewell and Apeksha of B.Com VI Semester as Miss Farewell. While Manpreet of MBA 4th Semester was awarded the title of Miss Charming and Pranshu of MA Sociology 4th Semester was awarded the title of Mr. Handsome. On the other hand, Aanchal Joshi of M.Com fourth semester got the title of Miss Talented.
College Principal Dr. Harish Kumari participated in the program as the chief guest. Addressing the students, she said that only those who work hard in life achieve their goals. Saying good luck to the students, she also inspired them to bring laurels to their parents and college and professors by becoming a good human beings.
