Rakesh Walia, a renouned philatelist from Chandigarh adds another medal to his kitty. He released his first book in year 2000 at Shimla. Exactly after 20 years, he went digital.
Walia participated in state level virtual philately exhibation HIMPEX 2020 held at Shimla conducted by Himachal Pradesh Postal Circle from 2 to 7 November 2020 with his book “Stamp Collection for beginners” and won a SILVER medal. He is the only medal recepent from Chandigarh.
