108 Ambulance’s diver, Kamaljeet Singh sets the new standards of Service to Humanity by saving lives and this time off the wheels. 

His quick presence of mind and immediate intervention at the Gynae Ward in Civil Hospital, Moga during the oxygen gas leak in the supply line helped in averting a major mishap.

Kamaljeet Singh has been posted at Civil Hospital Moga and on 11th August’ 2020, he rose up to the occasion and did that a savior would do by understanding and assessing the crisis situation and on the spot close the wall of the oxygen cylinder and managed to prevent any casualty. 

Kamaljeet Singh was specially invited by Saikat Mukherjee, Head of Operations, Ziqitza Healthcare Ltd. at their SAS Nagar office today and appreciated his quick response to such a situation and motivated him to continue serving the society with such zeal.

On the occasion, Saikat Mukherji, project head, 108 ambulance services in Punjab said, “As we continue to keep training each of our employees to be ready for any unforeseen emergency situation, it becomes heartening to see when we have people who become examples for others. Kamaljeet truly lived the ethos of 108 Ambulance and has earned himself immense accolades and encouragement for his real act of service to humanity and braved through the occasion when it was needed the most.”
