Lokesh Mittal, director, Amaflip India Private Limited (LIQO), has complained to the Chief Minister of Haryana against the Sales Director and other senior officials of Sterne India Limited for fraud committed against him and has demanded immediate action against the accused.
While speaking to reporters, Mr. Lokesh Mittal, director, Amaflip India Private Limited (LIQO), said that he runs electronic home appliances business in Chandigarh, Panchkula, Zirakpur and other cities. Adding further he said that he started working with Sterne India Limited in 2022 through Amit Pandey who held the position of Director Sales in the organization.
He added that initially the work was going well, but after some time the company started declining his orders and delivering him the ordered goods. Mr. Mittal said that following the disappointment and helplessness he decided to register a complaint against the accused with the police and knock at the door of the honourable court.
He told the reporters that after this decision, the company’s director assured him to resolve the matter, but despite making the commitment no action was taken in this regard for over a year. Furthermore, warranty on the goods was also not being processed due to which he finally registered complaint with the police department to get a resolution of his problem.
After the registration of the complaint, the police approached sales director Amit Pandey who outrightly denied any involvement and claimed that he had no role in this and blamed the company for the same.
Pandey also claimed that Stern India Limited Company did transactions worth crores of rupees and now it is under Rs 1 crore 83 lakh debt. Mr. Mittal rued that despite registration of complaint and after all the initial investigation and enquiries, though the police have registered an FIR under section 120-B, 406, 420 and other sections against the other party but no arrests have been made so far in the fraud case. Mr. Mittal told that Sterne India Limited had issued fake bills in April also and deliberately committed fraud, due to which he registered a complaint at the CM window for early addressal.
Mr. Mittal told the media persons that he had electronic goods stores in several cities, where goods are available in bulk and at wholesale prices.
