Joyful exuberance and high spirits marked the Freshers’ Party “THE FASHION ERA” organized by the students and staff of Indian Institute of Fashion & Design on 30th September 2019. The purpose of the event was to make the new students feel like an integral part of the college family. The young girls looked radiant in the retro attires from 60’s – 70’s bollywood era.
The event was set on course by a spectrum of items with great music, including Classical, Western and Punjabi dance performances, and modeling. The audience was kept enthralled with the pomp on stage. The young performers were encouraged and supported by their seniors and teachers.

Ms. Vimi Vansil , the Director welcomed the “daughters” of Indian Institute Of Fashion & Design and highlighted that such programmes generate a feeling of fraternity among the students. The Director admired the whole-hearted effort made by them and at the same time reminded them to remain focused on their academic goals.
