In the light of ongoing Lok Sabha elections, Verka the renowned dairy brand of the region,has launched a“Selfie Contest” on social media. The participants are requested to post their selfie, thereby, showcasing their inked finger after casting their votes on 19th May 2019 on Verka’s social media handles.03 shortlisted winners, will receive gift hampers from Verka. The contest is applicable only on entries received on Facebook, Twitter, and / or Instagram only.
It is a step by brand Verka to encourage voters to exercise their vote. In a democratic set up like India, where people select their own government through this right. Therefore it is quintessential to sensitize citizens about the importance of participating in the electoral process and encourage them to participate in this process, as every single vote matters in building the future of any nation. So here is the initiative from Verka in the said direction..
