Gian Jyoti Global School Celebrated Grand Parents Day

Gian Jyoti Global School today celebrated Grand Parents Day at its campus in Phase-2, Mohali. The grand parents of Kindergarten classes participated in the celebrationsPrincipal, Gian Jyoti Global School, Mrs. Ranjeet Bedi welcomed the grandparents and presided over the event.

The Celebrations started with a beautiful performance by Pre-Nursery kids on “Aaj Kal Tere Mere Pyaar Ke Charche”.

Nursery Kids performed on “Mera Joota Hai Japani and Main Jatt Yamla Pagla Deewana.

Kindergarten students performed on “Haal Kaisa Hai Janab Ka”,  “Muchcho wale Dada Ji”, and Reshmi Salwar Kurta Jali Ka. Tiny Tots artists of Gian Jyoti thanked the Grandparents for their unconditional love, support and blessings.

The grandparents enthusiastically took part in modeling competition. They showcased their charming moves on the Ramp. Not only this, Grandparents also took part in many other games like Newspaper Wrapping game, Musical Chair, Rapid Fire and many more.

Grandparents, while expressing their feelings on the occasion, appreciated the efforts of school authorities for this unique idea of bringing grandparents to lime light and involving them in such celebrations. They said such events help them to know their grandchildren better and help them to understand their relationship with the grandchildren.

On this occasion one of the grandparents told the audience that earlier 4 of my kids had studied at Gian Jyoti upto 12thClass and have excelled in their lives. Presently 8 of my grandchildren re studying in different class in Gian Jyoti Global School. Similarly many more grandparents narrated their stories and appreciated the contribution of Gian Jyoti global School. They also applauded the efforts of the Founder Principal Mrs. Ranjeet Bedi.

In the end Mrs. Bedi thanked all the grandparents for making this celebration a happening. She also appreciated the efforts of students and teachers who worked hard and made this day a memorable for everyone.
