Connect Broadband Launches Loyalty Programme for its Patrons

Connect Broadband, market leader in wireline and broadband services across Punjab, today announced its loyalty programme “Connect Rewards”, with an aim to recognize and appreciate its customers for every spend they make on the broadband service.

Every Connect customer can benefit from the Rewards programme simply by paying their bills online, activating E bill services, Payment of bill on or before due date, registering on Connect App, and Plan Up-gradation. What’s more? Customers will be given 100 reward points additional on their birthday.

These accumulated points can be exchanged for items from the loyalty catalogue in the form of products and services.

Arvind Jalota, Chief Business Officer, Connect Broadband said, “Our customers are our priority and with this loyalty programme we want to understand what really matters to our service users. We want to connect with them through celebratory moments like Birthdays and likewise include them in our milestones.”
