12th Academic Session at Aryans Group of Colleges, Rajpura, Near Chandigarh started with the screening of Bollywood Case Studies.
The session started with the Bollywood Case studies like “Chak De! India” in MBA,”3 Idiots” in B.Tech, “Taare Zameen Par” in B.Ed, “Jolly LL.B 2” in Law, “Munna Bhai MBBS” in Nursing etc in the beginning of the session.
During the session, teachers screened out the learning shots from these movies and described the importance of Team & Stress Management fromChak De! India; Role of Teachers, Understanding the needs of a Student etc from Taare Zameen Par; Education as fun perspective and not a burden, how to fight with fear from 3 Idiots; Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere, Fight for truth beyond corruption from Jolly LL.B 2; Importance of love, Care and respect in treatment of patients from Munna Bhai MBBS etc were highlighted prominently.
Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group while speaking said that Aryans has always believed in Edutainment and not Education. Youth is engaged on Facebook, Whatsapp and other social media sites. To drag his attention towards studies such practices are required in the classroom in beginning.
Students of B.Tech, LEET, LL.B, BA-LL.B, B.Com-LL.B, MBA, BBA, BCA, B.Com, GNM, ANM, B.Sc (Agri), B.Ed, MA (Edu), Polytechnic Diploma, Diploma in Agriculture, B. Pharma, D. Pharma, BA etc students attended the session.
