Capt Karnail Singh , PCS appointed as the new Additional Managing Director of Punjab State Cooperative Milk Producers Federation, MILKFED. A distinguished name in administration, Capt Karnail Singh joined Provincial Civil Service in 2004 after having served in the Indian Army for 5 years as Veterinary doctor. He has worked as ADC Hoshiarpur, Jalandhar, Kapurthala, Sri Muktsar Sahib and Ropar and was the Director Sports Chandigarh for 3 years.
Capt Karnail Singh comes with a vision to help the dairy farmers of the state and ensuring them good returns for the milk they produce contributing in the socio economic growth. He will add to the knowledge bank at MILKFED and his able guidance and leadership will enable MILKFED to reach new heights.
