All Conractual Karamchari Sangh Regd UT, Chandigarh an executive front representing contractual employee and outsourcing workers in various departments of Chandigarh administration. They demand to fix and convene meeting in lieu of reconsidering of non addressed and non fulfilled long pending demands with Chandigarh administration. Their major demands are
Regularization policy secure policy likewise daily wages/MC agenda sent for approval a adopting of regularization policy of neighboring states for contractual selected through proper procedure completing 10 years of service on the basis of Supreme Court Judgment in the case of Uma Devi (2006)
as one time measure.
Regularization /Secure policy for Assistant professor working on contract for more than 10 years in colleges. They are also demanding for 7th pay commission as they have not got yet.
Prohibition of contract employment by abolishing contractor is perennial nature of jobs as per section 10(1) of labour Laws LRA Act of 1970 to outsourcing workers
Grant of Equality by similar wage for similar work as per clause 25(2)(v) in labour Laws of CLRA Act 1970/ Engagement of outsourcing workers direct through departments.
Grant of Basic+DA or DC rates to central Schemes Workers i.e N.H.M mid day meal workers .
It is a peaceful protest and it was non political and was only to address and non fulfillment of the demands.
