The 41st National Abacus Competition Festival 2023 was held at the national capital New Delhi recently. Seventeen(17) students from Creative Arts Brain ‘O’ Brain Kids Academy of Panchkula and Chandigarh won 11 Champion Trophies, 4 Gold Medals and 2 Silver Medals.

Rekha Bagri Director of the Academy was also awarded The Faculty Award, The Franchise Award and The Trainer Award for the Spectacular performance of the children.

She said that it’s been 19 years since she has been training children and they have constantly won awards in all fields. Till date she has trained more than 3000 children. She’s also a master trainer for Chhattisgarh state and travels down to train the teachers there. She says it gives immense pleasure to see the children shine and win awards.

Champions Trophy was won by Ahaana Arya, Atharv Gupta, Garvit, Kaina Aggarwal, Manya Bansal, Ranhjay, Reyansh Mishra, Riditya Jhalaria, Sanidhya Jhalaria, Vihaana Luthra, Sehaj HB.

Gold Toppers include Yagya Dubey, Yashvi Rampuria, Reyaan Kapoor, and Arihant while Silver Toppers include Arunima Grover and Shaurya Vatsyaayan.

Over 3000 children aged 4 to 14 years from all over India participated in the competition. They solved upto 80 sums of addition, subtraction, division and multiplication in 3 minutes with speed, accuracy and memory techniques.
