The third edition of Chandigarh Palate Fest 2017 kicked off today with an overwhelming response from the residents of Tri-City. Smt. Kirron Kher, Member of Parliament, UT Chandigarh inaugurated the three-day long Palate Fest at Lake Sports Complex, Sukhna Lake amidst guests and media.  Ruchi Sibal and Aditi Kapoor, Co-Founders, Palate Fest Pvt. Ltd., Ms. Navjot Kaur, CGM, CITCO, were amongst a few who graced the occasion with their presence.

Residents of City Beautiful greeted The Palate with great zeal and enthusiasm. Food and Music enthusiasts were seen congregating in large numbers at Lake Sports Complex in awe of the much awaited festival to begin. The Palate took off by greeting the guests with culinary delights from diverse food brands and live performances by Sutra on Acoustics and solo.

Scheduled from October 13 till October 15, with a plethora of environment friendly entertainment, The Palate Fest will take over the picturesque Lake Sports Complex, Sukhna Lake, Sector 01, Chandigarh, run through an extravagant carnival of gourmet cuisine, filling the surroundings with appetizing aromas. Chandigarh residents will get an experience of an authentic Food & Music festival taking them on a journey of gastronomical delights.  This one-of-its-kind celebration of gourmet cuisine will see some of the country’s leading food brands setting up pop-up restaurants at the venue.

Some of the brands that have put up their pop-up restaurants are to the likes of Fat Lulus, House of Tigers, Wokman, Giani, Uncle Jack’s, Karim’s, Swagath, Chaayos, Mrs. Wong, IHOP, Zorra, Keventers, Devender Chutney, SardarBuksh Coffee, House of Candy, Handi, Milkshake & Co., Wholefoods, Casa Bella Vista, Hyatt, Hotel Mountview and Taj.

An interesting line-up of entertainment has been planned for the festival, which includes live music acts through the evening. Famous Artists namely Aayush on Acoustics (String and Wood), Fazal, Madira,  Ragaan, Riaaz, Yellow Cab, Sutra will be performing during the three day festival.
