आज एक मई के मौके पर शहर में मजदूर दिवस की धूमधाम रही। इंडस्ट्रियल वर्कर्स एसोसिएशन, चंडीगढ़ ने भी इस अवसर पर इंडस्ट्रियल एरिया फेज एक मेंएसोसिएशन के प्रधान अमृतपाल सिंह चड्ढा की अगुवाई में एक कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया जिसमें चड्ढा ने मजदूर एकता की आवाज बुलंद की व उपस्थित लोगों कोमजदूर दिवस के महत्व व एक मई को शिकांगो में हुए घटनाक्रम पर प्रकाश डाला। इस मौके पर सर्वश्री बलदेव शर्मा, प्रवीण कुमार, दिनेश कुमार, बलदेव राज, शामलाल,भाग सिंह, अनिल कुमार व जेपी पांडे आदि मौजूद थे।
