Moti Ram Arya Sr Sec Model school, Sector27-A, Chandigarh organised two days Capacity Building Programme on Class room Management which was presided by the CBSE resource person, Mrs.Anupma Sharma and Mrs.Amanpreet Kaur in the school auditorium. Around 100 teachers participated in this workshop.
The purpose behind the workshop was to make the teachers aware of about the Classroom Management, its various components. They made the workshop very interesting with lot of activities. From these activities teachers learntnew ways to manage their classes. Not only this, teaches were told about different teaching styles, different set up for the classrooms which cater to the needs of the high or special need students. Various video clippings were shown to the teaches to correlate the different situations they face in their own classes and the remedies were discussed along with. The whole workshop was very fruitful.
At the end , resource persons were felicitated by the Principal of the school Dr.SeemaBiji which was followed by vote of thanks.
