Aviva Life Insurance celebrates being recognized as the nation’s most trusted brand consecutively for two years, according to a study released by The Trust Research Advisory. In the ninth edition of the Brand Trust Report, Aviva ranked in Top 10 Most Trusted Brands of India, advancing 451 positions to secure the eighth position this year. The report has ranked Aviva Life Insurance second in the BFSI industry and is the only private Life Insurance industry player to get listed in the report.
The revelations were a result of a study, published by Trust Research Advisory (TRA), a leading research organization dedicated to understanding and simplifying concepts related to Trust. The study, compiled into a 180-page report titled “The Brand Trust Report, India Study, 2019” was launched in Mumbai and Delhi.

TRA’s Brand Trust Report 2019 is the result of comprehensive primary research conducted on the proprietary 61-Attribute Brand Trust Matrix of TRA. This year’s study involved 15,000 hours of fieldwork, covering 2,315 consumer-influencers across 16 cities in India, and generated 5 million data points and 9,000 unique brands, from which the top 1000 brands have been listed in this year’s report. Indian Statistical Institute is TRA’s statistical partner for the research methodology.
