While the country’s present situation is very problematic due to the Corona epidemic, in such a situation, the Writers Community established by Ankit Kumar and Shanya Das is constantly working to provide opportunities for people to learn something and generate income. The Writers Community launched on 7 February 2020, was born with the same purpose that while on the one hand there will be a crisis, on the other hand, some people join this group to earn income with courage and constant efforts in an unnatural disaster like Corona. The Writers Community first established contact with various book publishers in the country. This team of Hindi experts, like freelancers, took the work of publishing houses and got all the jobs done with quality. In this context, a 28-day summer internship program was successfully organized by the Writers Community to train people in various tasks related to freelancing. Starting from 25 April 2021, 467 applications were received for this internship program. Various assessments were made for selection, and the final list of 25 trainees belonging to different institutions and fields was released.

This team of Interns trained in the 28-day internship program under training given by founder Ankit Kumar (Ankit Dev Arpan) on question creation, copy editing, data entry, article writing, SEO ranking, web development, and many more. Under the guidance of founder Ankit Kumar and co-founder Shanya Das, the Interns also received training on the importance of discipline and rules at the workplace and its observance.

The founder of Writers Community, Ankit Kumar, known as Ankit Dev Arpan, is a Law student of IMS Law College. He is a good Hindi writer and speaker. She has also worked as a translator with OnlineTyari, but she also left her job and dedicated herself to freelancers. Now she is pursuing her graduation in Hindi from the Gargi college of Delhi University and managing lots of other social works. Apart from this her passion and hobbies revolve around writing and this keeps her motivating for working consistently.

During this period, freelancing and administrative sector specials guided all the interns through online sessions and shared much information about the work and social sector. Pradeep Jangid worked as a PCS officer in Rajasthan Accounting Service, Saurabh Vikram Singh, a reviewer at Un Academy, and Sagarika Mehta, vice-president of the official factory, gave training.

On 23 May 2021, after the internship program, a farewell ceremony was organized for all the Interns virtually. The program was conducted by skilled trainees only.
